David L. Spinney has served as Clermont County Administrator since June 2001. Mr. Spinney has been employed with Clermont County since June of 1994, previously serving as assistant county administrator and director of Planning and Development. Mr. Spinney served as Milford City Manager (1988-1994) and as the town manager of Indian Head, Maryland (1985-1988). He holds a Masters Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and a B.A. in Geography from Clark University, Worcester, MA. Mr. Spinney and his family reside in Milford.
