Stephen Rabolt

Stephen Rabolt was appointed Interim Clermont County Administrator effective Jan. 1, 2012, and Administrator on Feb. 27, 2012. Mr. Rabolt has more than 28 years of public service experience. He has been employed by Clermont County since 1996 and has served as the county’s director of the Office of Technology, Communications and Security, overseeing county information technology, the telecommunications division (TTD), facilities management, records, the Department of Public Safety Services, and the Emergency Management Agency.

Mr. Rabolt previously was employed as a planner and systems analyst with Oklahoma City, and served as a geographic systems analyst with the City of Albuquerque, N.M. He has eight years of experience in private sector technology consulting, including employment as a consultant/department head with Halliburton Corp., NUS Corp., and Brown & Root in Washington, D.C., as well as Woolpert in Ohio. Mr. Rabolt holds a Bachelor of Science in geography from Rowan University in New Jersey and a Masters in geography from Oklahoma State University.
