Clerk of the Board

The Clerk of the Board maintains the official records of all board proceedings, documents votes, and presents the prior week’s records for approval at each session. Once approved and certified by the board, these records are stored electronically and in hard copy form and are available for public access. The clerk also prepares the agenda for every meeting.
