Ursula Thomas Miller, Coordinator

Miller manages external communications and media relations.  

She joined the county in October 2024 after serving 10 years in communications for the City of Cincinnati and several years in corporate communications and marketing at Xavier University. She began her career as a reporter for the Associated Press and spent 10 years covering business news, financial markets and the money management industry with Gannett newspapers in the West, Midwest and Washington, D.C. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism and French from Western Kentucky University and has a certificate in Information Technology from Xavier University. Miller is a board member for the Alliance Francaise de Cincinnati.

David Scheibenzuber, Multimedia Specialist

Scheibenzuber manages social media and videography. 

An award-winning videographer, Scheibenzuber began his career at WCET in Cincinnati. He has been with the county for more than 15 years.
